HPCDP, a project created by JICA with the Government of Himachal Pradesh, has given HFN a rented space near Chetru, Dharamshala. From this space, HFN Store brings Himachali producer products closer to everyday customers.

A real retail channel for Himachal producer groups

HFN Store, Dharamshala works as a physical discovery point for products made by SHGs, FPOs and farmer-producer networks. The HPCDP-supported space reduces the gap between local producers and customers who want trusted Himachali pantry products.

Space for the store

HPCDP provided HFN a rented space near Chetru where the Dharamshala store can operate, display products and support producer-group market access.

Producer aggregation

With HPCDP's support, HFN is able to bring together products from more than 20 SHGs and FPOs into one customer-facing retail point.

The store gives producer groups a practical feedback loop: what customers pick up, ask for, return to buy again, and want improved.
