The curryleaf flower honey is rare for 2 major reasons. Most curry leaf trees are grown for their leaves and are hence pruned regularly, not giving enough time for the flowers to develop fully. The flowers, if they do develop, last for a few weeks only. Hence there's a rather short blooming window. In the foothills of the Shivaliks, curry leaf trees grow naturally and here every spring, they bloom.
